What does "ZugZwang" Mean?

The Term "ZugZwang"comes from the German dictionary which translates to the meaning - "Compulsion to move". In Chess, this would be an instance where it's your turn to move a piece, but regardless of where you move, you will be at a disadvantage. In other words, ZugZwang means you are forced to make a move since it's your turn to play, but you don't want to because of all the horrible outcomes that could follow regardless of what you play.
